Help us gather data on the Kliniderm silicone wound contact layer dressing by completing our Post Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) Survey.
As a thank you, for each clinician completing this survey, we will donate £10 to The Lindsay Leg Club Foundation.
Medical Devices Regulations have been introduced in the UK to closely monitor products after launch and requires organisations to proactively collect user feedback through a PMCF on the performance of the product range to support its ongoing indicated use.
We have chosen to partner with The Lindsay Leg Club Foundation as they aim to provide lower limb management in a social environment, where patients are treated collectively and the emphasis is on social interaction, perception, empathy and peer support. They motivate and empower individuals to take ownership of their care, alleviate their suffering and reduce the stigma attached to their condition.
If you have experience of using Kliniderm silicone wound contact layer on skin tears, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, first / second degree burns, surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, or as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds, on areas with fragile skin or with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, then we would love to hear from you.
To begin, click on the orange ‘start survey’ button below. You will need to register first and then you will be asked about your experience on Kliniderm foam silicone, on a case by case basis, for a maximum of 10 cases. You will be able to leave and return at any time using the email link sent to you*.
